　::::關於BOPP::::

　一、薄膜延伸大致可分為單軸延伸與雙軸延伸：

　1.單軸延伸主要使用於汎用塑膠，是以滾輪強作單向延伸後，取得透明性，縱向撕裂性良好之薄膜。

　2.雙軸延伸加工方式分為扁平逐次二軸延伸，同時二軸延伸管二種延伸方式。

　　雙軸延伸是將膜在融點以下往縱橫二方向延伸，引起面配向，因PP為結晶性聚合物，改值效果特別大，

　　透明性，光澤性，抗張強度，抗張彈性率，衝擊強度，撕裂強度，耐針孔特性，耐熱寒特性，氧氣阻絕性，防潮特性等。

　二、聚丙烯(PP)薄膜，廣泛使用於食品包裝，一般包裝其特性：

　1.PP惟結晶性聚合物，膜的透明性，物姓因押出後的冷卻而變化.徐冷時結晶型態為單斜晶系，球晶也大成長，因此外觀

　　透明性不良，急冷時單斜晶系少，成為六方晶系構造比率增多，形狀也微細，所以可以得到透明性良好的成型物。

　2.比重為泛用塑膠中最輕者0.91。

　3.透明性與光澤接近玻璃紙，且印刷適性優良。

　4.表面光澤性，質輕具機械強度。

　5.耐熱性良好，PP的融點為165~170度耐熱100度以上煮沸滅菌包裝。

　6.耐化學性良好。

　三、 BOPP特性：

　抗拉強度，耐疲勞性，耐衝擊強度，易滑性，剛性等機械特性優越，具印刷適性，防潮性及透明性佳.唯其熱封性差，

　所以用於食品包裝時常以其他材料複合或混合其他材質以增加熱封效果。
